Donors

One in five people in Eastern Oklahoma County is functionally illiterate. A functionally illiterate person does not have the basic literacy skills to complete job applications, read drug and food labels, or help children with homework.

Literacy Link’s office and tutoring space is located inside the Midwest City Library. We depend on the generosity of individuals in the community, businesses, and corporations for student and tutor materials and operating expenses. Literacy Link is a 501(c)(3) organization. All contributions are tax-exempt.

  • A donation of $15 will provide a book for a student.
  • A donation of $50 will provide a student with materials for a full year.
  • A donation of $80 will provide a student and tutor with materials for a full year.
  • A donation of $100 will provide printer paper, toner, and maintenance to keep the computer lab up and running for six months or longer.

No amount is too small, and all donations are greatly appreciated! Please consider us for your charitable giving.
